WORC Financial Education is sponsored by a combination of Federal and State money with the intention that low income people can learn to become financially self-sufficient. Low income individuals can qualify for Individual Development Accounts (IDA) and for Family Savings Accounts (FSA) which supply matching funds for savings dollars that are used to meet specific financial goals.
